A self-contained town in the north, built across a network of lagoons and canals. It has its own infrastructure, an international community, and probably the strongest brand in the region. The price level reflects that.

Makadi Bay

A bay south of Hurghada that strikes a balance between resort quiet and accessibility. Popular with families and with buyers who have rental income in mind.

Central Hurghada and Sakkala

The livelier part, with everyday city life, shops, and restaurants that stay open year-round. The most affordable option, and the right one for people who want to be part of a town rather than a resort.
